Mission: Apply innovative computer vision and analysis methods for characterization of early lung disease and quantitative assessment of subtle response to therapy.

Imaging is taking on more prominent role in early detection and quantitation of new disease, or changes in disease. Multicenter clinical trials provide the required number of cases and unbiased populations required to test new therapeutic techniques or agents.

The Quantitative Imaging Laboratory has experience in multi-center clinical trials and functions as a Radiology Core facility. The laboratory features a secure infrastructure for receiving, analyzing and archiving image data and quantitative results.
